How do I take advantage of this great offer?

If you meet the following eligibility criteria, simply complete the form below and you will soon be taking possession of your computer.

• Former member of the Australian Defence Forces
• Reside in the federal electorate of Lilley

A few other T&Cs

• Only one device per person
• You must provide a copy of your valid and current Australian Veteran Affairs Card or other proof of service documentation.
• Because our senior veterans tend to prefer desktop computers, they will go to the front of the line when we are allocating the computers. However, we don’t want to exclude anyone who needs a computer, so if you are not over 65, please tell us how a free computer would help you.
• When you receive your free computer we would also like you to provide a short testimonial acknowledging C4L and the Kedron-Wavell Community Grant. We respect your privacy, and you may remain anonymous if you wish.
• There is no end date for the initiative. It will continue until we run out of devices.
